Race Day Packing List

Here is a suggested list of what to bring for race day.

 

 

SWIM

 

  • Two pairs of goggles
  • Extra swim cap
  • Skin Strong SILK for wetsuit removal
  • Gel before swim start
  • Swim cords (in case there is no warm up option)
  • Wetsuit or speedsuit
  • Skin Strong SLATHER to apply down under before race

 

 

BIKE

 

  • Bike
  • Race wheels
  • Cycling shoes
  • Rubber bands (if you attach shoes to bike)
  • Aero bottle/ extra bottle
  • Bottle nutrition
  • Gels for bike *one extra just in case
  • Electrical tape
  • Zip ties to make sure aero bottle does not bounce around
  • Helmet
  • Sunglasses
  • Cycling computer (fully charged) and HRM

 

 

RUN

 

  • Racing flats
  • Skin Strong SILK to apply to shoes for quick T2
  • Visor/Sunglasses
  • Gel for emergeny bonk to take on run
  • Race belt

 

 

POST RACE

 

  • Recovery drink for immediately after
