Race Day Packing List

Here is a suggested list of what to bring for race day.
SWIM
- Two pairs of goggles
- Extra swim cap
- Skin Strong SILK for wetsuit removal
- Gel before swim start
- Swim cords (in case there is no warm up option)
- Wetsuit or speedsuit
- Skin Strong SLATHER to apply down under before race
BIKE
- Bike
- Race wheels
- Cycling shoes
- Rubber bands (if you attach shoes to bike)
- Aero bottle/ extra bottle
- Bottle nutrition
- Gels for bike *one extra just in case
- Electrical tape
- Zip ties to make sure aero bottle does not bounce around
- Helmet
- Sunglasses
- Cycling computer (fully charged) and HRM
RUN
- Racing flats
- Skin Strong SILK to apply to shoes for quick T2
- Visor/Sunglasses
- Gel for emergeny bonk to take on run
- Race belt
POST RACE
- Recovery drink for immediately after
