complete my first Ironman!
I made this my 2014 goal because…
I was sidelined by an accident in 2013.
How was your #STRONG2014
Let’s see…the last 6 weeks I’ve continued to work on my goals for my Ironman Arizona race. I’ve lost about 8 pounds and 3.5″ off my waist. I’ve been cranking out some serious workouts and have done a few group exercise classes that I’ve never done before! My strength has improved!
I’ve completed 2 half marathons and countless 5k’s. I ran my fastest 4 miles on Sunday (yay!), so I know my running is improving!
I’m still working on my nutrition, but I’ve been logging all my meals religiously. So, that’s a step in the right direction.
All in all…I’ve been kicking butt and I’m still working on making 2014 an EPIC year!
