We are #STRONG2014!

Meet the #STRONG2014 Crew.

More to come: We will be featuring our crew in upcoming posts along with tips and info on their races/goals they have chosen.

 Ashley

  • get faster. I will PR my half marathon time. I will train smarter, and harder, for my next marathon.

  • Drop a minimum of 20lbs and compete in an aquabike even.

     Ari

  • complete my first ultramarathon! Croom Fool 50K in Brooksville, FL on 3/29/14

  Heather

  • lose 10kg and swim once a week

 Elyse

  • Compete in Ironman Louisville and make a new personal best at my current IRONMAN time!

 Lincoln.

  • Maintain the speed that I have and train accordingly.
  • Because…I’m getting really old.

Erin Dolan

  • be able to represent TeamUSA as a part of the US National Team.

 Jake

  • Complete a sub 11:30 Ironman

        Stefanie

  • Find my identity as an endurance athlete while balancing time for family (something that was lacking in 2013 the year of Ironman Florida). I will also get back down to pre baby weight, FINALLY!

Dan

  • Complete my first 70.3
  • It was supposed to happen in 2013 until I broke my foot.

       Mark

  • Complete my second 70.3 and begin training for my first full Ironman event. Running at least 3 half marathons and one full. I want to break 6 hours on my 70.3, and go below 3:45 on my full marathon. I hope to bust my PR of 1:39 on one of those half marathons

 Geni

  • complete my first Ironman!

      Angie

  • complete a half marathon and an Olympic distance triathlon.

                                                                     Brad

  • race my first 100 mile ultra marathon!

Miguel

  • In 2014, I will be more active and try to involve others in the active community.

Chad Nikazy

  • set a new 70.3 PR while continuing to put first things first: faith, family, then my own personal goals.

       Kris Przeor

  • run a 3 hour (or under) marathon. Either in a spring race locally, or in the fall at the Chicago Marathon I’m going to get this done!
  • It seems like a great benchmark to aim for. It will also give me a goal to focus on and hopefully keep me on track with training, nutrition, and all the other things that I let slide more often than I should. I don’t think you can coast your way to a 3:00 marathon.

        Mindy Przeor

  • Run over 1000 miles as I train to take on the Zane Grey 50 miler in 2015. While doing that, I will be leading a running group to help others train for their first half and/or full marathon.
  • In 2013 I met my marathon goal with a Boston Qualification and I want to see how far I can push myself as an ultra-marathoner. I also know how great it feels to reach your running goals and I want to share that experience and journey with others.

         Grayson Keppler

  • Pursue optimal health by maintaining balance in training, racing, recovery and nutrition. With attention to detail while acting on “signs” from my body I hope to be a stronger competitor in 2014. I believe the missing piece to my puzzle has been balance in lifestyle.
  • Last season I over trained and acted on urgency to get stronger. This year I plan to be methodical in my training taking planned rest to keep a balance.

       Beth Connelie

  • Run a 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon and a marathon.
  • My best marathon time is during Ironman Lake Placid. And THAT just doesn’t make sense 😉
